Advance Payment is Non-Refundable

    Any advance payment made for website development, app development, or digital marketing services is strictly non-refundable.

Project Initiation & Proposal Acceptance
  • - Every project begins with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and pricing.
  • - Once the proposal is accepted and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the advance payment.
Refund Eligibility
  • - A refund is only possible if the project has not been initiated after the advance payment.
  • If work has already started, no refund will be entertained under any circumstances.
Payments for Third-Party Services
  • Payments made for third-party services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hosting, SSL certificates, or API subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Once these services are purchased or activated on behalf of the client, no refund requests will be entertained.
